By accessing this website or using the internal management application, you agree to these Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the application for internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the application to build a competing product, and you may not attempt to access data belonging to other users or organizations.
Access to the private administrative area requires an account created by us. Accounts are personal, must not be shared, and you are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for misuse or security reasons.
The application can connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 flow, using the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. The connection is used strictly to read accounting data and build internal management reports.

The application relies on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting data and our hosting and database providers. Their availability, terms, and changes are outside our control and may affect the application.
Reports, calculators, payment estimates, and financing or lease examples presented in the application or on this website are informational and do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, nor an offer. Accounting figures should always be confirmed against your source records in QuickBooks.
Vehicle availability, pricing, incentives, trade-in values and financing or lease terms are subject to change and final confirmation. All credit applications are subject to lender approval. No approval, interest rate, monthly payment or specific vehicle is guaranteed.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Same Day Auto Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of the application.
You may stop using the application at any time and disconnect the QuickBooks integration. We may terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated. On termination, the license granted here ends immediately and imported data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your continued use of the application, and the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
