1. Controller

2. Information we collect

• Information you submit: name, phone number, email address, preferred language, vehicle preferences, budget range, trade-in details and notes provided through website forms.
• Account information: email address and role for users authorized to access the private administrative area.
• Technical context: the page a form was submitted from, referring source and campaign parameters.
• QuickBooks Online data: see section 3.

3. Data imported from QuickBooks Online

When an administrator connects our application to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization, we import accounting data from the authorized company in order to produce internal management reports (profit and loss, expense analysis, and related financial dashboards).

What we import

• Company profile information (company name, legal name, country, fiscal year start).
• Chart of accounts and items.
• Transactions and their lines: invoices, sales receipts, payments, credit memos, refund receipts, purchases, bills, bill payments, vendor credits, deposits, transfers, credit card payments and journal entries.
• Customer and vendor names as they appear on those transactions.

Purpose

The data is used exclusively to generate financial reporting inside our own private administrative area. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making about individuals, or resale.

Read-only access

Our integration performs read requests only. We do not create, edit, or delete any record in your QuickBooks company. We never receive or store Intuit login credentials or bank credentials; authentication takes place entirely on Intuit's systems.

Storage and security

• Imported data is stored in our managed cloud database, hosted in the United States.
• Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before being written to the database and are never displayed in the interface or in logs.
• Access is restricted to authenticated users with an authorized financial role, enforced by row-level security rules in the database.
• Sandbox (test) and production environments use separate credentials, separate records, and separate webhook verification, and their data is never combined.
• Administrative actions on the integration (connect, disconnect, synchronize) are recorded in an internal audit log.

We describe only the controls we actually operate. We do not claim any certification, audit, or compliance attestation.

Retention and deletion

Imported accounting data is kept while the integration is connected and for as long as it is needed for internal financial reporting and applicable record-keeping requirements. On disconnection, OAuth tokens are revoked with Intuit and deleted from our database. An administrator may request deletion of the imported accounting records at sales@samedayautogroup.com; we delete them within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

Disconnection

An administrator can disconnect the integration at any time from the financial dashboard in our application, or from the "My Apps" page in the Intuit account. After disconnection we stop importing data and receive no further updates from QuickBooks.

4. How we use information

We use website form data to respond to your request and discuss vehicle, financing and lease options with you, and we use QuickBooks data for internal financial reporting. Submitting a website form is not a credit application, and we do not run credit checks based on a website submission.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share QuickBooks data with third parties for their own purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that operate this application on our behalf — our hosting, database and customer relationship providers — under our instructions. Website enquiry details may be shared with dealership or lender partners only when needed to move your own request forward. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Communication consent

By submitting a form you agree to be contacted by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us directly.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@samedayautogroup.com or call +1 (954) 740-8000 and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

This application is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest revision, and the version published on this page is the one that applies.
