You can request deletion of personal information associated with Same Day Auto Group or Same Day Whats by contacting us directly.
How to request deletion
Email sales@samedayautogroup.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include enough information for us to locate your records, such as your full name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number and a brief description of your request.
You may also use this process to request access to or correction of personal information we maintain about you.
Identity verification
We may ask you to verify your identity or confirm ownership of the phone number or email address associated with the request before we disclose, correct or delete information.
What may be deleted
When appropriate, we will delete or de-identify personal information connected to your website submissions, lead records, WhatsApp or SMS conversations, appointment requests, vehicle-shopping inquiries and related communication metadata.
Information we may need to retain
We may retain information when required for legal, accounting, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, opt-out or operational recordkeeping purposes. Backup copies and system logs may also remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
